
Beware . . . this Caramel Puffed Corn can be addicting. The recipe is very easy to make, just be sure to stir it up every 10 to 15 minutes. After 45 minutes test a piece to see if the 'crunch' is to your liking. I have cut the recipe in half and baked in my (large) toaster oven using a 13 x 9 inch pan. Below is half the recipe.
