1 envelope (1 oz.) Lipton® Onion Soup Mix
2 lbs. ground beef
1 1/2 cups Pepperidge Farm Herb Stuffing Mix (not cubed)
3/4 cup water
1/3 cup ketchup
In large bowl, beat eggs. Add water and ketchup and mix. Add stuffing mix, crushing any large pieces. Add ground beef and mix, using hands, until well blended. Shape into the desired size meatball (I use a 2 oz. cookie scoop which yields 4 dozen meatballs). Place on baking pan with at least 1 inch rim.
Bake in pre-heated 350 degree F. oven for 25 minutes. Remove meatballs from pan immediately when done.
