Pepperoni Pizza Rolls


1 tablespoon olive oil
12 ounces pizza dough
2/3 cup pizza sauce
6 ozs. mozzarella cheese
30 pepperoni slices
Italian seasoning


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Roll dough into 13x9 inch rectangle.
  3. Spread 2/3 cup tomato sauce on top of dough. Top with the mozzarella cheese. Arrange pepperoni in 5 rows lengthwise on top of the dough, 6 pepperoni in each row. Using a pizza cutter, cut dough into 5 long strips. Roll up each strip and place in round cake pan. creating a circle.
  4. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning. Bake in 375 degree F. oven for 25 minutes. Cool slightly before serving.
