Whole Wheat Banana Bread
INGREDIENTS 
1/3 cup butter
1/3 cup honey
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup banana, mashed

1 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
3/4 cup unbleached white flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg

1 cup walnuts
1/2 cup raisins
DIRECTIONS 
Grease and flour a 4" x 8" bread pan. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
In small bowl mix together whole wheat flour, white flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. Set aside
Blend together the butter and honey. Beat in eggs. Add banana.
Gently incorporate dry ingredients to wet mixture until just blended. Add walnuts and raisins.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour, until a toohpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Makes 1 loaf
