Scalloped Corn and Broccoli
INGREDIENTS 
2 eggs, beaten
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons white sugar (optional)
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
15 ounce can creamed corn
10 ounces chopped broccoli
DIRECTIONS 
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 2 2uart casserole dish.
- Mix together the eggs,flour, sugar(optional), and salt. Add the cheese and creamed corn, then broccoli. Mix well and pour into the casserole dish.
- Bake at 350 degrees F. for 1 hour.
